Cambro High Heat 1/2 Gastronorm Food Pan 100mm

This high heat 1/2 gastronorm pan from Cambro is 100mm deep and can easily adapt to a range of different temperatures with a range of -40°C to 190°C. This allows the pan go straight from prep to the oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling and the use of several other pans. The pan is also ideal for freezing, cooking or reheating, and unlike metal pans it is microwave safe.
